Today Polly Pickett has been in our lives for an entire year! She is the sweetest little kitty ever. Always purring, and humming at us for attention. An endearing trick she has is to run ahead of us as we go from room to room and then flop down in the entryway, doing somersaults and begging for a little loving. She recently has been asking to go out the front door, so I put her in a harness and on a leash allowing her to take ME for walks! She now sits in front of the door whenever she sees the harness and is quite happy to wear it.
It's taken about a year but Polly and Denali are getting along and even have a morning chase around the house. Polly never knew there was a problem but Denali lost her kingdom last June and now doesn't rule anywhere but under the bed and is just beginning to understand Polly is here to stay.
