On a recent visit to The Chick's coop, we went to the local farmer's market I was tickled to find this hand dyed, alpaca and silk yarn. I love the softness and just recently found out alpaca is six times warmer than wool! Several in the advanced knitting class I teach had asking about placing beading in their knitting so this was a great opportunity to show the group! They are enjoying the experience and love the simplicity of the pattern.
