For the past three years students have come after school twice a month to learn to knit. The girls now range from third through fifth grade. These girls are turning into a dedicated group of knitters. Besides the hats and slippers students are knitting a pillow, a blanket and even a sweater!
The girls are beginning to feel confident enough to jump in and help each other when there's a problem. I'm so proud of them!
