Oh Hail!

Yesterday afternoon we signed a contract for a new roof, installation will be in June. Then, shortly after 5 the national news was interrupted by our local station stating a strong storm was moving eastward with high winds and rain but not mentioning hail. Oh my, when it hit it really hit! I headed toward the picture window to check things out but Hubby screamed at me over the clatter, to move away from the window fearing the window would break. Things were a bit hairy and in fact there were many broken windows around our area but none at our house.

We have dented vehicles, gutters, more roof damage, bad screens and greenhouse damage once again.

And soon we will have a brand new PERFECT roof!
