This pattern was inspired by my love of The Beartooth Mountains and the early summer trips we take each year to the top. The road is only open a short time each year. If the snow can be plowed from the road prior to Memorial Weekend it opens and will remain open until after Labor Day. To get to “The Top Of The World” one must go up - and then back down - a narrow two lane switchbacked road.
